Track your GLP-1 shots and what you eat, free and with no account
If you take a GLP-1 medicine, such as semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) or tirzepatide (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®), three things are worth writing down: each dose, how you feel in the days after it, and whether you still get enough protein and water while you eat less. Many people use one app for shots and another for food. Grammi keeps both in one place on your iPhone, free and without an account.
1. Set up your plan
- Pick your medicine. Open Grammi, go to Settings ▸ GLP-1 medication and choose it. Liraglutide (Saxenda®, Victoza®) and other medicines are there too.
- Set the schedule and dose. Choose once a week or every day, your dose day, and the dose your prescriber gave you, in mg.
- Turn on the reminder. If you want one, switch on the dose-day reminder and pick the time.
2. Log each dose and rotate the site
On dose day, a card on the Today screen reminds you. Tap Log it: the date, the dose and the injection site are filled in, and Grammi suggests the next site after the one you used last time (belly, thigh and upper arm, left and right). If your dose changes, the plan takes the new dose. Logged a day early or a day late? It still counts for that week.
3. Two taps a day for appetite and side effects
Rate how hungry you were from 1 to 5 and mark nausea or constipation if you had them. It takes a few seconds, and after a few weeks you can see which days after a dose are harder. With Grammi Pro, a chart shows your average appetite for each day after a dose, and your weight with every dose change marked.
4. Keep an eye on protein and water
When you eat less, it is easy to fall short on protein. Grammi shows protein right under your calories on the Today screen, and logging stays free: search, barcode scanning with no daily limit, a photo of the nutrition label when a product isn’t found, and a water counter. With Pro, What fits? suggests foods that fit what is left of your day, protein first.
What Grammi doesn’t do
Grammi keeps a log. It doesn’t give medical advice, doesn’t suggest or change doses and doesn’t promise any result. Follow your prescriber’s instructions and talk to them about side effects.
Your data stays on your iPhone
There is no account and no sign-up. Your doses, notes and food diary are stored on your iPhone, not on a server, and there are no ads. Grammi is an iPhone app with an Apple Watch app, in 13 languages. New to logging food? Read how to count calories for free.

Questions
Is there a free app to track Ozempic or Mounjaro shots?
Yes. Grammi logs GLP-1 doses and injection sites for free, with a dose-day reminder and a daily note on appetite and side effects, next to your food diary. There is no account.
Does Grammi tell me what dose to take?
No. You enter the dose your prescriber gave you. Grammi keeps a log only and never suggests or changes doses.
Where is my medication data stored?
On your iPhone. Grammi has no account and no server copy of your doses, notes or food diary.
